Namir Deiter

There’s a certain attraction that “bad boy/bad girl” characters have over their more well-behaved brethren. Perhaps part of this lies with the more visible complexities that these extroverts show; quieter, more introspective characters often has their complexities hidden inside. Considering that webcomics are a visual medium, it becomes more difficult to convey visible emotion and thought processes without the comic becoming a morass of thought balloons and inaction. Recently, however, we’ve seen Blue trying to change who she is after a run-in with a young man (Isaac) who seemed oddly repulsed by her flirtations. In learning of Isaac’s story, we’ve in turn learned more of Blue’s childhood… and of what events may very well have inspired our young hellion to run away when she was only
