Dresden Codak

November 5th, 2007 by Tangent

Dresden Codak has gone weekly, with cartoonist Aaron Diaz having quit his job to join the few, the proud, the starving professional webcartoonist community. Diaz is using sales of comic prints, t-shirts, and Project Wonderful advertising to try and make a living, while increasing his updates to a solid weekly format. I definitely recommend checking out this philosophical science comic, and helping yet another cartoonist realize the dream of going professional, so go check him out! Besides, the t-shirts and comics look cool.

Addendum: I’m not entirely sure how Diaz is managing to survive off of his comic, because he was barely able to maintain a twice-a-month update schedule and has been in hiatus since the conclusion of the Hob storyline. This is why I urge people in the webcomic industry to create a buffer.
