Darths and Droids

Over the years I’ve run a number of roleplaying games, though only one ever was on as epic a scale as the roleplaying photo-comic Darths and Droids. As such, I’ve some sympathy for the unnamed GM who runs the game within the comic and the varied BS he has to deal with on a regular basis. Today’s update brought a smile to my face with Pete’s realization that the model for the town of Mos Eisley was constructed out of the very Dreadnought that Pete has undoubtedly been whining about for a year or more of the game. While I would be most reluctant to destroy a model (especially an intricate one) for any reason, I can imagine the wicked smile on the GM’s face in this instance of creative destruction, and the knowledge of how Pete would respond to the ultimate loss of his looted ship. And let’s be honest. It couldn’t have happened to a nicer player.
